Mr. O'Reilly is an international media and entertainment executive who is currently the CEO of ARHT Media, the global leader in HoloPresence communication. Mr. O'Reilly joined ARHT in Feb 2018 with a goal to monetize a technology that had transported celebrities such as Stephen Hawking, Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuck, Prime Minister Trudeau and others to all corners of the world. Prior to ARHT, he was President, World Wide Sales at the IMAX Corporation where he led the team that expanded the network of IMAX Theatres from 70 to over 1400. Mr. O'Reilly is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University where he studied Political Science and Business and is based in Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Blum held the position of VP and CFO of a high growth TSE 300 listed company that grew 10 fold over a period of 5 years. Through the growth, Rick oversaw the Initial Public Offering and a number of subsequent financings. He was also responsible for building the finance and administrative infrastructure of the company and was involved in all acquisitions and the subsequent integration of the acquired companies. 

Mr. Steers brings to the Company over 40 years of international business development and management experience.  He is a partner at IMC Consultoria Representacao Com. Int. Ltda. that among other activities, successfully introduced IMAX to Brazil.

Mr. O’Reilly is a highly successful global business development executive who led the international sales team that transformed the IMAX brand from a museum theatre experience with 150 locations to a global commercial distribution channel for IMAX and Hollywood films.

A seasoned technocrat and devout educator. He has spearheaded industry leading technology giants in the Asia Pacific region for over 30 years.

Mr. Casgrain is a director of Wilmington Capital Management Inc. and former Chair of CBC Radio Canada, as well as a former Executive Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management and Vice Chair of Skyservice Business Aviation. Mr. Casgrain received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Wetherald brings over 30 years of legal, human resources and corporate governance experience. Most recently, he was a member of the senior management team at Toromont Industries Ltd. as Vice-President, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Secretary.  Mr Wetherald previously enjoyed a successful stint at Torstar Corporation from 1991 to 2002 in progressively senior positions culminating as Director of Development and Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Mr Wetherald commenced his career as a Corporate Law lawyer at Davies in 1988.

Mr. Carl has extensive experience in serving as a board member and in executive roles for private and public companies across a number of industries.  Mr. Carl currently sits on the board of directors of Clearview Resources where he chairs the audit committee, is a member of the compensation committee and has recently chaired the corporation’s special committee that led to a merger with Bashaw Oil Corp.  Additionally, he is part of the board of trustees of InvetPlus REIT, a private real estate investment trust based in Calgary.  As well as serves on the board of Dealnet Capital Corp., a TSX-V listed consumer finance company where he chairs the risk committee.  Mr. Carl also sits on the board of directors of New Wave ESports a TSX-V listed company.
