We’re psyched to share that ARHT Media’s CEO Larry O’Reilly will be speaking at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC19) taking place in Los Angeles between October 22nd to 24th, 2019.
Brought to you by the GSMA, which represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, MWC19 will showcase a range of transformative use cases of the latest mobile technology, with a strong focus on 5G and how it’s slated to change the way people interact with each other, transform technology and reshape how businesses operate. All due to the advent of higher transmission speeds at incredibly low latency.
The theme of this year’s congress in Los Angeles is Intelligent Connectivity. Which will feature innovations related to high-speed 5G Networks, Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things and Immersive Content.
As part of the industry experts and executives slated to speak at the conference, Larry will be speaking about ARHT Media’s Holographic Telepresence technology and how it is changing how people communicate and interact with each other over distances.
With ARHT’s ability to beam in live interactive holograms to virtually any place in the world, innovations in 5G will transform the nature of communication. Allowing for even richer holographic experiences with live holograms that can see and speak to you in real-time and dramatically increase the possibilities of human interaction and collaboration.
ARHT is well positioned to capitalize on the rollout of 5G this year and has been actively involved in helping demonstrate the capabilities of 5G. In January ARHT’s holographic telepresence technology was used to stream 4K live holograms for a 5G private event in North America and then in February, ARHT helped China Unicom and Huawei showcase their 5G network at the “5G + Smart Education” Industry Application Conference in Wuhan, China.
In April, ARHT was asked by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to help showcase the potential of 5G at the 5G Malaysia Showcase. ARHT continues to engage network providers globally to utilize our technology to help showcase the rollout of 5G in their territories.
