Mr. O’Reilly is a highly successful global business development executive who led the international sales team that transformed the IMAX brand from a museum theatre experience with 150 locations to a global commercial distribution channel for IMAX and Hollywood films with over 1,000 locations in more than 65 countries, generating more than US$1 Billion in box office sales annually. With a strong record of accomplishment in sales, marketing and brand development, Mr. O’Reilly is poised to take ARHT into its next phase of business development and monetization of the company’s holographic telepresence technology.
Mr. Blum held the position of VP and CFO of a high growth TSE 300 listed company that grew 10 fold over a period of 5 years. Through the growth, Rick oversaw the Initial Public Offering and a number of subsequent financings. He was also responsible for building the finance and administrative infrastructure of the company and was involved in all acquisitions and the subsequent integration of the acquired companies.
Deborah Battiston has an extensive background with over 25 years in financial management, which includes public companies, M&A, tax and financing. Ms. Battiston has extensive experience with fast paced, fast growth companies and infrastructure creation having managed the financial teams for numerous successful international and domestic organizations. She is a CPA-CGA, ICD.D and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Guelph.
Mr. Neil Said is a corporate securities lawyer who works as a legal consultant to various TSX and TSX Venture listed companies in the mining, and oil and gas and technology industries. He previously worked as a securities lawyer at a large Toronto corporate law firm, where he worked on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Said obtained a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Over a 20 year career, Rene has held several key roles in both public and private companies, including those in the resource, technology and entertainment industry. Mr. Bharti co-founded ARHT Media, along with legendary singer Paul Anka, with the aim of creating the worlds most lifelike digital humans to conduct e-commerce in a unique and viable platform. Mr. Bharti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queens University.

Paul Duffy co-founded Corporate Communications Interactive (CCI) in 1992 and grew it to one of the largest online learning and communication companies in North America. With clients such as AT&T, GE, IBM, Microsoft, Pearson Education and Manulife Financial, CCI was sold to SkillPath Seminars in 2003. Paul is also a former member of the Board of Governors for the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson University.
